"The return process was a hassle"
I tried to exchange a shirt and it took way longer than I expected. Support was slow and, well, not totally useless, but not very helpful either. it made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"At first, the clothes looked pretty..."
At first, the clothes looked nice, so I thought I’d made a decent purchase. But after just a few washes, the seams started loosening and the fabric seemed to wear down quicker than expected. For the price, I was hoping they’d feel like a safer buy that would last longer. I’d be hesitant to order again unless the quality improves.

"Fit didn’t work out for me"
I ordered my usual size from Tyndale, but unfortunately the fit was off for me. The shirt felt a bit tight through the chest while still being loose in other areas, and the pants ended up longer and baggier than expected even though I checked the size chart beforehand. I had to return everything, which was a little frustrating. I do think the quality seemed fine, but I wish the sizing had been more consistent...

"Still waiting, apparently forever"
I reached out to customer service and, surprise, nobody ever bothered to reply. Frustrating dealing with a support team that seems this clueless and slow.

"Why did delivery take so long??"
My order showed up much later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it like, is it even moving?? Frustrating experience overall

"Checkout Adventure I Didn’t Ask For"
Trying to place my order was way more annoying than it needed to be. The cart kept glitching, checkout dragged on forever, and after I finally paid, I got basically no clear updates. Love a little mystery with my online shopping, apparently. Probably won’t be ordering from here again...

"I wanted to like this, but..."
I wanted to like this, but the fabric is way too stiff. After wearing it for a while, it started rubbing my neck raw, which was super annoying. Definitely not something I’d wanna wear all day, tbh
